Terms of service

1. Parties

These terms apply between the service provider named below ("kadrajj") and the person or business placing the order (the "Customer").

2. Services

• White background images: 3 images per product, prepared with AI assistance from the photos the Customer sends.
• AI model images: the product shown in 3 poses per product on an AI model that kadrajj chooses to suit the product. The Customer may state a special request in the order note. The models are created with AI and are not real people.
• 3D ad video: a video produced within the scope written on the page, in the Odak, İmza and Kampanya packages.
• Voice-over (add-on package): a voice-over prepared with an AI voice and added to the video. It lasts up to 15 seconds for the Odak video, 20 seconds for the İmza video and 30 seconds for the Kampanya video. 1 voice choice and 1 text correction are included. The Customer may write the text or ask kadrajj to write it.
• Studio shoots and custom work: the scope and price are written in the quote sent to the Customer.

3. Order and formation of the contract

The order form is a preliminary request and does not take payment. kadrajj reviews the request and tells the Customer in writing whether it can provide the service, the amount and the delivery time. The contract is formed when the Customer accepts this notice and completes the payment. kadrajj may reject requests that breach these terms or that it cannot fulfil, and will state its reason.

4. Price and payment

The prices on the page do not include VAT. VAT is added at payment and the total amount is shown clearly. Payment is taken by credit or debit card through the virtual POS of a licensed payment institution. Card details do not reach kadrajj. The invoice is issued according to the information the Customer provides.

5. Delivery and revisions

The delivery time is written on the package page or in the quote, and starts to run after complete material and the payment have reached us. For an individual purchase where you chose to wait 14 days, the time starts to run on the day the work begins. Delivery is made electronically. Two rounds of revisions are included within 7 days after delivery. A revision covers errors within the scope of the order and small changes; a new product, a new concept or a new format is subject to an extra fee. This two-round limit does not apply to the voice-over add-on: 1 text correction is made before delivery, and any voice or text change after delivery is charged again. Mistakes in the reading or the text that are our fault are corrected free of charge.

6. Customer's obligations

• To hold the necessary rights and permissions over the photos, logos, brands and products it sends.
• Not to request the service for counterfeit, imitation, prohibited products or products that violate the law.
• Not to include personal data without permission in the photos.
• Not to infringe anyone else's rights in the voice-over text it writes, and not to use misleading or unlawful statements or personal data without permission.
• To check, before publishing, that the delivered image shows the product accurately, and not to use it in a way that shows the product as something it is not.

7. Production with AI

Some of the images and the voice-overs are produced with AI tools. kadrajj checks to preserve the shape and colour of the product, but small differences may occur; these are fixed within the revisions. For content produced with AI, intellectual property protection may be limited depending on the applicable law and the nature of the production. The Customer is responsible for stating that the image was produced with AI where required, and for complying with the rules of the marketplace it uses.

8. Right of use

Once payment is complete, the Customer may use the delivered images and videos for the promotion of its own products, without time limit, in Turkey and abroad. The models themselves and the production files (raw scenes, models and templates) remain with kadrajj; the Customer may not sell the models as a separate product or carry them over to the promotion of another product. The Customer's product, brand and the materials it sends remain with the Customer. kadrajj does not publish the work as an example without the Customer's approval.

9. Confidentiality

The parties keep confidential any non-public information they learn while carrying out the work. Details on personal data are in the privacy notice (KVKK).

10. Liability

kadrajj provides the service with care and within the agreed scope. An increase in sales or any particular commercial result is not guaranteed. The rules and decisions of marketplaces are outside kadrajj's control. The mandatory provisions of the law and cases of intent and gross negligence are reserved. The Customer is responsible for claims arising from the material it supplies infringing the rights of third parties.

11. Cancellation, refund and force majeure

The cancellation and refund terms are written on the delivery and refunds page. In events beyond the parties' control (natural disaster, infrastructure outage, legal regulation), the time limits are extended for as long as the event lasts.

12. Changes

kadrajj may update these terms. The current version is published on this page. The version in force on the date of the order applies to an order already placed.

13. Disputes and governing law

Turkish law applies to these terms. For disputes between parties that are merchants, the courts and enforcement offices of Kahramanmaraş have jurisdiction. In consumer transactions, the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts under Law No. 6502 is reserved.
