This text is shown to you together with your order details before payment, and the contract is formed with your approval. If you choose Corporate on the payment screen, you state that you are buying the service for commercial or professional purposes; if you choose Individual, you state that you are buying it for a non-commercial and non-professional purpose. For individual purchases, the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation also apply.

2. Buyer
The name, company, address, email and phone details you give on the order form and at the payment stage are used.
3. Subject of the contract and main characteristics
The subject is the digital image or video service written in your order summary. The package, quantity, format and scope are shown in the order summary. If the voice-over add-on is selected, its length and scope are written there too.
4. Total price
The total amount, including the service fee, VAT, any add-on package and extra fees, is written on the payment page and in the order summary. Because delivery is electronic, there is no shipping fee. For a studio shoot, the cost of sending the product is shown separately in the quote.
5. Payment and performance
Payment is made by card through the virtual POS of a licensed payment institution. The service is delivered by email or a download link within the time written in the order summary. For an individual purchase where you chose to wait 14 days, the delivery time starts to run on the day the work begins. In consumer transactions the time cannot exceed 30 days; if it would, you are told and you gain the right to withdraw from the contract.
6. Right of withdrawal
For Corporate purchases the customer is not a consumer within the meaning of Law No. 6502 and no statutory right of withdrawal arises.
For Individual purchases you may withdraw within 14 days from the date the contract is formed, without giving a reason and without paying a penalty. It is enough to send the notice to info@kadrajj.com or to the address above. The price is refunded by the same payment method within 14 days from the date the notice reaches us.
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used once work has started, for a service started with your approval before the withdrawal period expires. That is why you choose one of two options on the payment screen:
Wait 14 days: During this time you may withdraw free of charge. The work starts when the period ends.
Start immediately: The work starts after payment, and once it has started you cannot use your right of withdrawal. If you cancel before it starts, your payment is refunded in full.
7. Complaints and applications
You may send your complaints using the contact details above. Within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade, consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and above that limit to the Consumer Court, provided they first apply to a mediator before filing a lawsuit.
8. Other provisions
On matters not covered in this text, the terms of service apply. The contract and order information are kept electronically. A copy of the text you approved is sent to your email address after payment.
