Delivery and refunds

Delivery

Delivery is made by email or a download link. If material is missing or unusable, the time does not run until the correct material arrives. Download and keep your delivery files; the download link may not stay open indefinitely.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are free within 7 days after delivery. If the error is ours (wrong product, wrong colour, a format outside the order), the revision does not count against the number of rounds.
For the voice-over add-on, 1 text correction is made before delivery. Any voice or text change after delivery is charged again; mistakes in the reading or the text that are our fault are corrected free of charge.
Cancellation and refunds

Refunds are made to the card account the payment was made from. The time your bank takes to show it is not up to us. The rights of consumers arising from the law are reserved; for details see the distance sales and preliminary information text.
Products in a studio shoot
Bringing the product to the studio and sending it back follow the terms stated in the quote. Taking out cargo insurance is the customer's choice.
