Shopify app terms

These terms apply to orders placed through the kadrajj app on Shopify. They are written in English and are not a translation. For those orders they take precedence over the terms of service, the delivery and refunds page and the privacy notice where they differ.

1. Who these terms are for

You use the app to run your store, so you buy as a business and not as a consumer. The consumer withdrawal rights and the distance sales text on our site do not apply to these orders. Any rights that the law gives you and that cannot be excluded stay in place.

2. Order and contract

You choose a package and your products in the app, and the app shows the price. The contract is formed when you accept these documents and approve the charge on Shopify. If we cannot provide the service, or the order breaks our terms of service, we tell you why and refund the charge.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is a one-time charge through Shopify Billing, which appears on your Shopify bill. Any tax Shopify applies is shown on its approval screen. Your card details never reach kadrajj. The card, VAT and invoice wording in section 4 of the terms of service does not apply to this payment.

4. Delivery

Work starts once the charge is approved and your product photos have reached us. The 48-hour time on the delivery page applies to white background and model packages of 10 and 30 products. For 100-product packages and videos, the time is the one we tell you for your order. Finished files appear in the app, and you choose whether to add them to your products. Studio shoots are not sold through the app.

5. Cancellation and refunds

The table on the delivery and refunds page sets when you get a refund. Refunds for these orders are made in US dollars through Shopify, not to a card by us. How long a refund takes to appear depends on Shopify and your payment method. If you remove the app, orders that have already started are not cancelled automatically. Write to us to cancel them.

6. Your data

From Shopify we receive your store address, the contact name and email you enter, the products you choose with their main images, and the reference of your charge. We use these to carry out your order. Shopify handles the payment under its own terms. When Shopify asks us to erase a store's data, we delete the data the app holds for that store. Order records kept by kadrajj stay for the periods the law requires. The app does not receive data about your customers. If the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies to you, you have the rights those laws give. To use them, write to info@kadrajj.com.

7. Law and disputes

Turkish law applies. The courts of Kahramanmaraş settle disputes with business customers. The consumer arbitration wording in section 13 of the terms of service does not apply to these orders.
